We thought we’d blog about one of our favorite musical duo’s, Hapa.

Hapa, was formed on Maui in 1983. In the scene of Hawaii Five-O, Cha Thompson introduces Hapa as themselves. That episode had approximately 17 million viewers.

According to the New York Times, Hapa is “the most successful Hawaiian Music group in recent history”.
